Green Face Ring ~ Sterling Silver
You're standing face to face with I told you so...
The process of the ring started by sculpting a face, creating a mold, then casting it in resin to create a cabochon. I think created a bezel set ring with 925 24 gauge silver. After copious amounts of filing and sanding, I painted the face with gouache and sealed it with UV resin.
The ring is " x " and weighs 0.28 oz.
With handmade jewelry comes care. Please do not sleep or shower in your face ring or be too rough with her. For any markings, gently rub the piece with a soft fabric. Being as the metal is sterling silver, if not taken care of, the metal could tarnish or be scratched. If you notice tarnishing, you can rub some toothpaste on the metal, but avoid the face.
